Key Role Purpose
The role is responsible to lead all activities related to delivery and execution of end to end digital marketing campaigns conducted by MAXIM SMT.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- End to end planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, sales, and/or multi-functional Project Management leadership with customer impact.
- Manage insights, analytics, customer management or consulting-oriented projects, driving customer success across cross-functional stakeholders… With strict ROI goals.
- Handle all digital marketing initiatives on Linkedin, Facebook, instagram and any other social media platforms.
- Engage the internal and outsourced (if any) digital marketing resource & help achieve the deliverables acting as single point interface between company and the marketing stakeholders for the project delivery and execution.
- Managing all webinar campaigns from start to finish mapping all webinar deliverable goals. Manage the website updates, management and SEO marketing initiative to help have better reach of various MAXIM SMT marketing initiatives nationally.
- Designing of marketing collaterals and Team lead in special marketing events, such as exhibition, seminars, and the annual meeting etc.
- Responsible to carry out effective search engine marketing strategies to increase online sales.
- Drive conversions from different ad types (search, display, remarketing, ads etc.) ]
- Measure the ROI of each ad type and allocate assigned budgets smartly
- Report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Optimize copy with landing pages for search engine marketing optimization Identifying best affiliates to work on sales campaigns.
- Manage MIS, documentation & Communication Prepare and submit the reporting as per the directives of the organization and related stake holders.
- Provide Clear and precise communication on all projects to various stakeholders by way of email, phone and other means of communication
- Be proactive in responding to OEMs and customers in communication which is precise, clear and well presented.
Performs any additional responsibilities assigned by the Business Head & Management from time to time
Job Specification – Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate / B. Tech/ Diploma/
Minimum Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or multi-functional Project Management leadership with customer impact.
- Candidate must be strong in Content Designing.
- Should have excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Should be able to develop and write content.
- Relevant/Additional Experience B2B Industry preference Any Salary : 40k-65k per month.
